"I have a fear of the dentist, ever since I was a little kid. I went to this office because they have an option where you can be sedated. When I called them to schedule an appt I was told that I would have to pay upfront and then they bill my insurance. After the insurance submits payment I would get a refund back. The lady who scheduled the appointment didn't ask for my insurance till AFTER she scheduled. She told me my insurance was in network. I brought in my xrays from the previous dentist I had seen and was told these xrays are not enough, that I need a panorama xray. I was told it would be covered under my insurance, So I agreed to it. Now every procedure they charge you up front and then bill your insurance. I assume this is just to make sure they receive some sort of payment. Now I had this appt back in the middle of July. We are currently in the middle of September and I just now got my refund. I had to call multiple times. So be prepared to stay on top of your refund. If you are not staying on top of it no one from the office will call you. No one will make sure you get the money coming back to you. Not only did I have to call this office many times to get my refund I also had to call my insurance company to find out if they had even sent in the claim yet. I was told they did not the first time. I was told I would be getting a full refund. I did not get a full refund. I was $100 short. According to the office my insurance only paid for a portion of the bill not the whole total. I was told my insurance did not cover my new panorama xrays. So that is now money I am out of. I was also told that my insurance was not in network with their company. Which makes me super mad because I would have just went to another office instead. Do not let this staff fool you they seem nice they seem like they want to help but they don't just money hungry. Stay away find another office who will not have you pay upfront. I am so glad I did not do the procedure with them now. I was waiting to see how long it would take for me to get my refund back before I did any other work with them. Now I will be taking my business else where. Its just not worth your time or the hassle."

"they are SCAMMERS. told me they accepted insurance only to find out they don't and do not update insurance companies websites so it still shows they are a covered provider. i received the work they recommended plus extra xrays elsewhere for what they decided was necessary to charge me for a first visit appointment. they are a joke."

"I am so happy I found this awesome dentist. Dr. Kapers and the staff are the best I have encountered ever. Can't imagine where the 1 stars come from. My previous recent visit to the dentist before seeing Dr. Kapers had me writing off dentistry all together which caused me major issues. I just had major dental work and Dr. Kapers has called me personally to check on me. Never in my life have I had a dentist call personally to check on me. Reviews complain about the cost...well you get what you pay for and I for one love comfort, hospitality and genuineness! Choose a Pinto or a Cadillac. I choose a Cadillac with Lucy in the passenger seat."

"If i could give Dr. Kapers a ten I would. He is awesome over Memorial Day i was in pain. I called figuring no one would call me back. I was wrong 9:45 pm it was Dr. Kapers. He took great care of me as always and never seemed aggravated that I interrupted his weekend. I f you are looking for a Dentist stop right here he is the best. His offices are clean and the staff are friendly. I don't have a bad thing to say about anything at either location... Patient for 15 years."

"This place is the best! I’ve been with Creating Smiles since 2013 and I love it! The people are always so nice and friendly when anyone comes in and it makes going to the dentist (which we all dread) actually comforting! Every employee that I have seen has been very respectful, kind, and knowledgeable about their professions. I have even seen them watch a group of kids in the office when their grandma was going through her visit. Melissa blew me out of the water with how sweet she is, she even drove to my workplace on her way to work and dropped off my teeth whitening bag! HOW SWEET IS THAT!? 100% recommend Creating Smiles!"
