"Goodwill has gotten pricy, for what they want for some of this old beat up junk, I could have bought new. Plus playing Christian music was enough to end my visit quick."
"I would consider this Goodwill to be the most organized and cleanest of the Goodwill options in Fort Wayne. However, the prices on items are beyond reasonable. You can see the picture attached that the suitcase they are selling for $60(!!!) is in poor shape with pockets torn and wildly overpriced. I went next door to Ross and bought a brand new suitcase for $65. It was bigger and more durable than this one for only $5 more. You will find good items here, but just pray and hope that its item tag color is the one that is on sale that week. Otherwise, there are wiser ways to spend your money that are a much better value."
"Super friendly staff, very helpful.....you will enjoy shopping here!"
"Rudest employees I've encountered in a long time. Turned off the lights at 5:40 and treated the customers like they were herding cattle. Go to the Franciscan Center where the employees are kind. This place deserves to go out of business. Overpriced too."
"First time being here: The place is expensive. Found a couple things I liked but overall put most back due fo price. When we got in line the lady was very sweet but slow as molasses. She would stop and talk to the guests and it just took way longer than needed. Second time being here: still expensive for a thrift shop but it's okay. I bought 3 dresses for 6.99 each. That's pretty average for dresses at goodwill. But there were a pair of cool shark leggings, by luluroe and they wanted 15 bucks for them. Absolutely insane. Lines were long and it was hot in there. Very packed on Saturday day at 4 pm"
