I waited until noon, the 3rd day, they said the truck was unloaded and the item was available. Went to go get it today, none, the item never came in. No phone call. "When I walked into the Ghost Town that is Big Lots, there were no shopping carts that did not squeak, bang or weren't stuck together. I am well aware that the store on an individual level is not as responsible for pricing, but almost all of the prices are way more than any comparable item at Kroger or Walmart. The variety helps but it gets unnecessary. Most people are not looking to buy serious furniture at the same place they get their small snacks and groceries. I doubt the store as a whole moves big figures."
