"No customer service by phone or in person. Herded through like cattle …self check out !! No thank you ..I got home with a security tag on my clothes. I had no clue it was there .. when I called the store I was told I should check for that when scanning ( I don’t work as a cashier for kohls) called several different customer service numbers (call center based on South America) disconnected at Fort Wayne store after over 10 min wait to speak to someone. So disappointed., inconvenience is an understatement! So now another trip back to store. So frustrated"
"The store was completely disheveled. I was shocked to discover I had to use self checkout. Two employees were working the self checkout. The machine makes a horrible noise if you scan something with a security tag, but it doesn't tell you why it's making the noise or what to do about it. Such a disappointing experience."
"This store now offers self-checkout, which was new to me at this location, but an associate met me as I approached the register, explained the new system and said he'd be happy to check me out if I'd rather. It's as simple as any other self-checkout, and the personal touch and added support for a new twist at the store was appreciated."
