"This is a really good place for your Amazon returns. After you start the return process on Amazon, they give you a code. Simply walk in and present your code with the return. I received notification of the return within hours, and my account was credited the next day. Pretty good stuff."

"I use the phrase "customer service" very loosely as there was none! The store isn't unusually busy but there's no associate available to help. We went to one fitting room that was apparently closed, so we went to another one where there was an associate, surly, grumpy and absolutely no help at all. We asked her if there were any fitting rooms available, we were evidently interrupting her from ignoring us, and she says "yes." We then asked which ones, and she very rudely and sarcastically replied, "the ones with the doors open." Well, I might have understood even a little the response, had there been any with doors open. Some people just need to be stockers with no interaction with the public, this woman should definitely consider stocking"

"I did an online 'ship to store' order. Most stores have your order ready for pickup by the next day. Not the case at Kohls. It was more like 4 days. I had never used their newer "pickup department." The first time is a bit confusing as there's no department to it. You are sent to an area by customer service that has no desk or anyone manning the area. There is an area with rows of shelving containing numbered bins. You use your phone to get your bin number(s). You go find your bin and hit the 'I found my bin' button on your phone. It tells you to take your purchases and leave as you're done. I'm not a fan. What's to keep someone from taking someone else's bin? It worked out fine for me. I'm undecided on whether I'd recommend."

"I tried to go in here to buy cologne and the girls in their little shop area for fragrances were more interested in shooting the breeze with friends and hanging out. This was on 11/28/23 at around 3:30 p.m. I've never had this problem at the Kohl's at Southwest. Save your time and go to a different Kohl's."

"I appreciated the store 0130 with two great cashiers at Kohls Mary S and Hayley H for their professional help with questions, wonderful folding of clothes, cheerful and gave kind words for my Thanksgiving gathering. The store was clean, organized and dressing rooms where clean and clothes placed back on hangers to their proper sections. Wonderful store! Kathy G."
