"Waited in line for 45 minutes while the two workers talked to every single person about their transactions. The manager was at least trying to upsell GameStop benefits. The white haired guy, Chris, was talking to each person about his favorite aspects of different games. People just wanted to buy products and leave, but they couldn't without discussing their choices with either worker. Customers were noticably uncomfortable when they couldn't finish their transactions without hearing a tangent from either worker. Average transaction per customer felt at least 8-10 minutes long, while there were at least 20 people in line. I haven't ever had a store put me in such a bad mood. There are other GameStops in Ft. Wayne. Choose a different one and avoid the interrogation at the mall."
