"Placed an order for pickup with a turnaround time of one hour. Christmas present. Waited a good 30 minutes extra as no less than four employees treated me like I was casing the store but none of them could be bothered to go help and fulfill my order. To top it off, the customer service rep at the order pickup register was discourteous and unhelpful. Terrible experience and frankly, a bit too common for my time with Best Buy. Just wanted to get my son a gift and it turned in to a reminder that everyone doesn’t treat you with the courtesy you treat them."

"I brought my son here today to select a new gaming computer. There was a nice young woman who helped us. She was very knowledgeable in answering our questions. What she was unsure of was that she was able to find the answer. I was a little disappointed on the in store selection of gaming towers. But I was surprised to find a hidden jem on the shelf in a return that was sold to us in open box condition. Which took about $350 or so off the original sticker price. Overall, I would say it was a good day shopping here. My son got what he was looking for and at a discounted price."
