"This morning I had a really bad encounter with cleaning person who was a short Mexican guy. He was completely rude when I had try to use ladies restroom. He was on his phone wasn’t doing his job. Bathrooms completely dirty nothing was cleaned at all. I usually come to this store all the time I notice the store isn’t very clean how it used to be. since they had change cleaning person. I will not be returning again. And will be making a call to corporate and making a complaint about the guy."
"The cashier, Nancy, was very friendly and helpful! She gets 5 stars!! Sadly though the store is not very handicap accessible. The automatic door is on the opposite end of the store as the checkout area."

"Wanted to Christmas shop but clothing sizes mostly very small or very huge, not much in between. Women's clothing material gets cheaper & cheaper each year - would MUCH rather pay more for decent clothing than pay so little for tissue-thin material. Wanted to buy clothing items for 5 different men in family who are over 6' but slender - I love that Kohl's has a Big & Tall section but there were NO lounge pants, for instance, for anyone needing size Large-T or XL-T - only really huge 'Tall' clothing. Yet in the regular men's section there were tons & tons of L or XL items, literally racks & racks of them. It's very frustrating to shop at Kohl's! And it was still early November when I was shopping!!"
