"So my daughter had a prescription called in around 11am due to having strep throat. Imagine my surprise when we went to pick it up after work around 6pm and we were told it would be another few hours before it could be filled. The not so nice gentlemen they would call when it’s filled later tonight. Welp here we are 9:35pm - Pharmacy is now closed - No prescription - No relief for my daughter who now has to wait for relief tomorrow for her medicine."
"Best corner pharmacy in north Fort Wayne. The pharmacists and assistants know their patrons by name. They are very knowledgeable and extend over and above courtesy’s . Always greeted and made welcome the minute you walk through the doors. The staff from beginning to end are so helpful. Walgreens should be very proud of this branch."
"Never ever use this facility for off Fed Ex shipping. I dropped my package off Tuesday at five and was told it would be picked up at 8 PM. When I tracked my package the following day it had never been picked up. I called for follow-up and was given the runaround. Then I was told Maybe Fedex would come today or tomorrow. Absolutely NO customer service!!"
"Can we please do something about the bird death traps you have strapped to the side of your building? The managers tell me that Mark Kern is the one holding up the approval to remove them. Until he decides what to do, more birds are being trapped, pooping and dying on the side of the building. This is not okay."
