"I came to the customer service area and two people were working and another customer was waiting and had been assisted. I stood there close to 8 minutes. No one ever said welcome to Kroger or someone will be with shortly. The heavier lady with the long brown hair and mask has done this before. Customer service is what makes a business. This is the second time that I have experienced this with the same employee. I will stick with Georgetown location from now on."
"Went in to buy a bag of chips and they are $6 each or 4 for $2.50 each. I buy four and when they don't scan up right both the attendant and the floor manage tell me I'm wrong "that was last week but I'll check the ads." I said I don't know anything know about the ads but the whole aisle says 4 for $2.50. Manager gives me a mean look and goes to off to the aisle and two minutes later she comes back with ALL the tags from the whole aisle in her hands and tells me no I'm wrong there is no 4 for $2.50? Whatever I buy a bag and when I go back after and check the aisle she had in fact pulled down almost every tag. WTH?! All I wanted was a bag of chips."
