"1) Bo, the young man at the registration desk was outstanding!!! He was exceptionally friendly and professional at what he does. GREAT SMILE, GREAT GUY! 2) Room was very clean, comfortable with a great tv. Bathroom and shower... excellent! 3) I'm not going to say but, was also very reasonable for the quality. Definitely recommend!"

"We frequent Hampton Inns when traveling because of the consistent service, accommodations, and breakfast. Our first night, the fire alarm went off at 3:30 am due to someone using a heater where they should not have. The staff was professional, including serving breakfast until noon the next morning. Our room was clean. The TV worked great. It was "Fall Back" weekend and the clock in the room changed automatically. The area had great access to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Breakfast was good. The trip was great."

"The staff was friendly , coffee was good. Bed comfortable. The side door was broken. Anyone could come in , I felt that, was a safety issue. This is why we pick inside hotel rooms. The room was bare, missing the hair conditioner and hand soap. Toilet paper roll had a small amount left from previous guest. Extra roll under the cabinet. The room felt humid and was musty smelling. . . Rooms seemed old and carpet stained. Suitcase holder was sticky. Defiantly not what I expected from a Hampton Inn. I always had great experiences at Hampton . This experience changed my view of Hampton."
