"One of the worst Mcdonald's in Mobile to go to if it's after breakfast. They had a hour before close and no one answered the drive thru and the lobby is locked. Girl was sitting on the counter looking through her phone. I DO NOT RECOMMEND wasting time or money here after breakfast hours."

"Extremely unprofessional staff at work tonight I went through drive-through, and every single employee at the window was on their phones, and there were two girls cussing and hollering at each other. Management definitely needs to be involved with this younger generation being hired"

"If I could give it a zero, I would give it a seat bro, the fact that I did all mind delivery in my pick up date is ZV351163. I had my 2 big Macs, and one of the Big Mac was a Big Mac meal. Instead of an ordinary drink. It was a large caramel frappe, the fact that they literally gave me some watered down Pepsi product and I payed the extra 4 dollars for a damn. Caramel frappe large, I did not get it Sotho door dash driver for McDonalds around that time, told me he was gonna take the drink and bring it back and get a caramel frappe, and it's been almost 20 minutes, and it's literally down the street so I tried calling the store and try to report me for them, not giving me what I heard, they acting like they can't answer the phone and they cut the phone off like, where is my money McDonald's for she can't get no water right now, you're not panic consequences of your own actions, if not, give me what I ordered like this is so ridiculous"

"I went to the drive thru and specifically ordered two FRESH has browns meaning cook them fresh. They cooked one fresh and one was old and cold. It had a funny taste. They put the freshly cooked hash brown on the top and the cold one on the bottom so that I could not tell they gave me a cold hash brown . Tried to call the restaurant when I realized they gave me cold food but no one will answer. SHAMEFUL!!!"

"On 11-21-23 @12:48pm I went through the drive thru and it was too slow it took me 25 minutes just to get a burger and fries there was only 4 cars ahead of me before I got to the speaker and when I got to the speaker 10 minutes later the girl just said what u wanted and once I told her she just said u can pull around I pulled up to the 1st window she told me how much so I paid her and then I waited another 15 minutes to get to the 2nd window, there was only 2 cars in front of me at this point when I got to the 2nd window the guy handed me my order and walked away without saying anything. I understand that they may have been busy shorthanded or something else but they don't get them the right to give poor customer service even though the food was good, the service and speed was horrible."
