"The service at this location is the forth worst location in Mobile behind Saraland, Citronelle, and Downtown Mobile. They service is slow for the most part. They miscommunicate orders due to undertrained individuals unless a manager is present on expedite, things can move slowly. The kitchen tends to overdue condiments on sandwiches and make the sandwiches sloppy. The fires tend to be over or under salted 4/5 visits. The only place you can have a bad experience and return due to the experience varies all the time."
"Fast food means standing at the counter waiting for 10 minutes before being acknowledged, then still having to call to have a cashier to notice you. Then waiting for 25 minutes for a to go order. Poor excuse for a McDonald’s."
"My daughter went through drive through last night ordered a frapee she said we don't make those here at this store when she pulled up to pay asked again no we don't make those really I was just there December 26th and got 2 because I ordered a large they gave me wrong size had to go around park get out go inside and they made a small to go with it so they stopped making them in about 1 week sounds like they just didn't want to make one"
"Takes forever to get your food! Especially if you order from the app. Expect to wait 30 plus minutes!! It’s crazy! This is at 9 pm too. Pay your workers enough so that you can have a decent staff and enough workers!!!!"
"The food was hot, fresh and delicious. My cashier Damarius was friendly and repeated my order back to me. The manager Toni always says hello and ask me how my order was. Great customer service from Toni and the staff. The dining room was spotless!! RTR"
