"We went in and waited two hours with our 4 month old (I get it waits happen). When we finally saw the doctor, she came in and immediately said he had an ear infection-BARELY looked at him. Upon follow up with our pediatrician, they noted that it looked like he never had an ear infection. My son took medicine for an invisible ear infection for 4 days. Said medicine he may be allergic to given he has signs of a reaction. 0/10."

"I thought they had a pretty decent streamline set up there. I would recommend pre-registering and schedule in your visit online you'll get a text when to head to the Urgent Care and then there may be some wait time once you get there. I did not pre-register but from the time I got there till the time I was called back was a little bit over an hour not much. The staff was friendly and efficient. They took great care of me. I will be going back as needed."

"Wait times was ridiculous. I waited 2 hours in lobby to be seen and once seen I waited another 1hr and 30 minutes hours in the exam room before provider came. Staff was very friendly. They just need more help. I have to now take my child to his Pediatrician because he has strep. He was tested for everything but that. I guess it was a early onset. Otherwise, I probably won't return because of wait time. I thought it would have been different because it was kid relatable. Thanks to the great staff who provided care."

"My daughter's doctor is not open on the weekends and it normally takes over a week to get her in to see her primary doctor which is not an option when she is sick. We have been using Kids Street Urgent Care for about 2 years now and they are always thorough and take very good care of my child! I also love the check in process and being able to get in and out quickly. They do not disappoint!! (:"
