Only small gripe would be to make the refrigerated club-prepared foods a bit smaller. We find Sam's Club portions are much better sized for my family."

"Absolutely worst trip to Costco I've ever had... We literally drive 30 plus miles to come here to purchase... Today I bought a mattress and could not get anyone at all to help me load it onto the buggy to take it out... Nor to walk outside and help me push it in the trailer. Absolutely amazing but if you're a guy you're not going to get a shred of help... I muscular and in good shape... But a full king size mattress is a lot to wrestle for one person."

"I’m here in Costco right now. Had an 8am appointment, didn’t get into a until 9am. It’s now 9:30am, this is my second stop with half a trailer of paper towels… They have been counting this wine one box at a time and it’s taking forever. Meanwhile the clock is ticking and I have to be in Hattiesburg for my next load by noon. At this rate I may not make it… It shouldn’t take four or five to do this, there has to be a better way than stopping all receiving until you count the wine. ZERO respect for us drivers, our schedules and our next pickups…"
