"Ordered through the app for store pick up. Arrived at store 30 minutes after order was placed once I got the “order is ready” email, lobby doors was locked, got in the drive thru line to find people standing at the window, when I finally get to the window after 10 minutes of waiting in line, paid for my food to be told afterwards your order is not ready come back in 15 minutes, when explained I got the order was ready email they said “we only have one person on the line” before closing the window in my face. I pull around to park again since they already took my payment waited 10 minutes, came back for my food to receive COLD food. Will never come back to this location."
"The area is extremely sketch at night and would not recommend. I ordered a pizza and the lady charged my card THEN told me to circle back around in 7 minutes. I did not feel comfortable in the area at all. A couple was literally standing in the middle of the road blocking me from getting out of the drive thru to just stare in each other's face....... I just ended up leaving without my pizza"
"It's the third time I've ordered a delivery service and I get a mess of an order. A pizza like that is not a good service. They didn't cut it well. It's covered in sauce. It has more sauce than cheese. What a disappointment. Extrabest cheese is very different from the classic one and every time. I ask for an order here I always get the classic"
