"Office Depot should start training staff to do more. I have been standing at the print/copy pick up line for 20mins. The guy supposed to be working has been on the phone for 30min. Not really issue but it for sure is when you’ve got the manager sitting in the office on a computer, a gentlemen sitting to greet customers and a lady standing behind the checkout counter. All of them just looking at me. The gentleman greeting customers wants to help me but doesn’t know how. I get being short staffed but please utilize this and train your staff! Staff has plenty of time to be trained. Now I’m being told that I have to wait longer because nobody can help me….????! You were at 3 stars but now you’ve dropped to one!"
