"Attempted to go through the drive thru. Could not get help at the speaker/order menu. Drove up the window. Some little punk named Elijah looked right at us and just walked away. Decided to go inside to get carry out in hopes to deal with someone different and less lazy. Same little worthless punk " Elijah" finally came to the register to take our order. Elijah was rude, he could not move slower, and coughed all over our food. This location has also been slow but the food is usually ok. Definity will not be going back after this experience."

"Food is terrible!! Look at my box of buffalo wings, cold and not even a boneless wings all looks like cat poop. Worst thing ive ever been served in fast food. Couldnt bring myself to eat any and had to toss it out. I cant eat this it looks too disgusting! They also forgot a drink and cheese cup! Will never return to a arbys. Going to culvers from now on instead. Avoid at all costs."

"This store is very clean and the staff are friendly. Had a large order for several people at work and went inside to order. They were very patient and made sure they had everything right before I paid. This is a busy location but they keep the pace pretty well. Would visit here again. Great for groups or dining alone."
