"It's 7:30pm on a Friday. Supposedly they are open until 8 but the lights are off and the door is locked. So I'm not sure if this place is still in business or not. Regardless, I guess I'll have to go to a place that wants my business."
"I have been shopping for a mower. I stopped in and the owner showed me the ones that he had. He also told me the quality in that he also services them. So I shopped around at some of the big box stores and saw the same price for the same mower. But I decided to come back to White Swan Plaza because it’s local. The owner allowed me to purchase it and then hold it until we close on our house. He close the sale by shaking my hand and thanking me. There’s something about the store that’s genuine and I appreciate the service that I received. And I felt the price of the market was very fair."
"Truly am example of an excellent hardware store. The owner and operator knows every single corner of the store, always helps the moment you walk in. This is not big box shopping, this is what the essence of customer service is. You can pretty much find anything you need here. And bonus there's items from years ago. I always shop here first, if i can't get it here I'll go to the other boxes. Shopping here keeps the money in the community and is the essence of treating your neighbor as your brother."
"Was looking for a special item a year ago and could not find it at other stores so stopped in White Swan Hardware and there was the item I needed. Friendly staff and a store that has almost anything you could think of and then some more!! Reminds me of hardware stores years ago that had everything you've ever wanted or needed!!! Great to have them in the neighborhood!! And personalized service too!!! Kadoos to White Swan Hardware & Staff!!!"
"Great service. Store doesnt look like much on the outside but they have a great selection. Once inside you won't be disappointed. I went to Lowe's and an Ace Harware looking for a 5/8 inch tape and neither place had it. I stopped here and they had it and a lot more larger sizes. Friendly staff that make sure you leave with the right part and size the first time. Strongly encourage you stop in and check out the selection."
