"We bought a brand new GE refrigerator and one of the light switch toggles was broken before delivery so the interior light wouldn’t come on when you open the door. The fridge was still under manufacturer’s warranty so we called GE. The first repair company they set us up with was terrible (NOT Mr. Appliance), so we asked to use someone else. We were then put in contact with Mr. Appliance who sent Lincoln out to fix our fridge. He was very friendly, professional, and did a great job. He ended up replacing both light switch toggles because the new ones he had were clear and the old ones were black and he wanted them to match in color. The fridge was fixed perfectly and quickly. He was timely and even when we called Mr. Appliance they got back with us right away. This is a great company and we would highly recommend them. Thank you!"
"I called around town after my refrigerator went out and no one could get me in that day or the next. Mr. Alliance was able to get me in two days later so I went ahead and scheduled a time. I’m always a bit nervous to have people come to my house for repairs because I’ve had situations where I’ve been lied to in order to get more money from me, uncharged, or simply just uncomfortable. On the day of my appointment, Lincoln arrived on time and quickly found out what was wrong with my refrigerator. Not only was he punctual and nice, but he was very honest about the cost to fix my problem and temporary things I could do to hold me over until I could fix or replace my refrigerator. He went above and beyond with educating me on what to look for when searching for another refrigerator and left me with an amazing impression on his service. 11/10 would recommend. Seriously, I believe he went above and beyond with customer service and not I be did I feel uncomfortable or like I was being lied to."
