"This is probably the worst auto zone around. Every other branch I’ve been too is always very helpful. The employees are usually very knowledgeable and provide quick service. This branch always seems like it’s drowning and I have had multiple interactions here where the clerk messed up something that ended up costing me a lot of time. I only like 2 minutes from this one but I will happily drive 15 minutes to another branch so I don’t have to step foot in here again."

"I go here often and they are always very helpful. This time I needed a new battery and they replaced it for me. At first they weren’t sure they could replace it for me because my air intake covers my battery, but the guy doing the battery replacement on the car parked next to me said he would take care of it no problem. Thanks for going the extra mile! I was in and out of there with a new battery in about 10 minutes!"

"Peter was extremely helpful from the time I walked in to the time I drove away with a new battery. Although I can change a battery, he swapped out the old one for the new one right there in the parking lot. Heck, he even went into the aisle to get the correct brake light bulbs for me. Definitely 5 stars."
