"**Update: We've been going here for years. Ron, Craig, Tim, and the rest of the crew are great. We are the type to drive our cars until the wheels fall off. A&A has kept our cars going and I trust them to be honest and do a good job.** Love these guys. They've kept my old heap of a minivan running for years along with my other old heap. Really good about getting me in as soon as possible and explaining things. Great for a car illiterate like me who would accept "bad dilithium crystals" as a plausible explanation. "My fiancé dropped his work van off on March 7th 2023 for a misfire on cylinder 2. They said the plenum was bad, and replaced it, problem still wasn't fixed. The heads were then sent to the machine shop and asked for approval (which he gave) The van then sat for 2wks before they ever even sent them to the machine shop. After 2 wks we called the machine shop... the machine shop told us they didn't have the heads anymore. They had already worked on them and sent them back almost 2wks prior. 4.5 months later it's still there. Was promised to have it back last Friday, July 14th after multiple phone calls to check on the status. With many of the calls resulting in rude employees. He was told today, 7/18 that it was taking so long because he didn't have an appointment. When in all actuality he called before he ever took it in and was told they would start working on it the following week (the following week being in March). The work van brings in $15,000 a week, so for the past 18wks his business has lost $120,000. When he told the manager, Craig, this he was told that they were losing money too because it's been on their lift. No apologies ever on their part. We would never recommend this place, even just to air up a tire."
