"Tara came to my rescue yet again today. Unfortunately my son and I were in a car accident this morning and I needed to file a claim. There were system issues which made it impossible for the claims department to verify that I had rental coverage with my car insurance. The woman I spoke to initially at the office (who was very kind) told me the claims department would call me when the system came back up and I’d be able to get a rental car then. About an hour later, Tara called me and said she didn’t want me to have to wait to get my rental car, as the system may not be working until tomorrow. She personally made a reservation for me at Enterprise (which my former agent at another agency never would’ve done - he would’ve told me to do it myself), and allowed me to use her discount code so my rental was about 1/2 what it would normally be. Being that I had to pay for this upfront and get reimbursed, the discount was INCREDIBLY helpful. While Tara is doing that, she asked about how my son and I were feeling, calling him by name. It’s that small touch - remembering my son’s name - that is just one of the many reasons I will never use another agency.
