"We purchased a 2018 van off of Del Real auto sales. Within 2 months the transmission started having issues. We contacted the dealership only to be told that our 6 month warranty was no longer valid. Four months after owning the van the camera sensors went out, costing over $1500 to fix. We again reached out to the dealership, and we’re told to leave a message and someone would be in touch. None of our messages or emails have been answered. We are extremely frustrated with their customer service and warranty that was not upheld. We will not be purchasing another vehicle from this dealership and encourage others to look elsewhere."

"My experience here was less than poor. Upon my vehicle purchasing journey I was surprisingly referred to this place by a close friend. Before arriving, I did my research on the vehicles they had in inventory and was fully prepared to pursue my options. Once I got there I was greeted by a salesman. He asked my interest; I told him then he proceeded immediately haggled me about my credit and how much money I wanted to put down. After redirecting his adamant and untimely questions I test drove one of the vehicles. Once I got to the vehicle, I immediately noticed the gas tank was on E! The vehicle had no indication of how many miles were left til empty. So, I didn't feel comfortable enough to drive it anywhere. After a quick turnaround I returned the vehicle to the lot. During this whole interaction the salesman literally never asked my name nor gave me his! I have had better service at Starbucks"
