"Bought some rings here. Didn't save the receipt. Didn't think I'd have to. Was told one of then was 14kt when I bought it, which broke 3 months later. The other ring had enamel inset which also fell out. They told me there was nothing they could do without a receipt. Not even a store credit. I'm a very honest person. My opinion is that I don't care for this policy, so one star. $450 down the drain. They then offered me $105 to scrap it. Which was pretty awkward because as soon as I asked to return without the receipt he just starts analyzing it like I was only going to scrap them. He also then told me that the gold ring i bought was only 10kt. Was told it was 14kt when purchsed. Ended up keeping both of them and accepting a $300 loss."
