"I put in an online order for $95.54 for in store pickup. The email I received said the order was supposed to cost $95.54... But they charged me $100.32. I checked with my credit card and sure enough they charged me $100.32. So when I went to pick up the item I showed the employee their mistake asking if they could please fix it... And he said, "No, do you want the stuff or not." Well I needed the parts so I was told to contact customer service in corporate if I want to try to get my money back. In the receipt they printed out for me actually says I should have only paid $95.52, So the online receipt is different than the amount that they charged which is also different than the amount that they have on the receipt for the pickup. Incompetence at it's finest."
