"I bought a $200 bumper which I paid cash. When I get to my shop the bumper didn’t fit and I called them and they said you can bring it back. I drove cross town (est of Indy to Plainfield) on the rush hours and when I got there they told me we can’t give you your money back because the manger is in vacation. (Seriously, they didn’t have problem taking the money earlier that day) They were extremely rude didn’t even apologize about it. Hopefully the management will read this. I’m a body shop and dealership owner they’ll loose a lot of business over this. I shop there all the time and I send them a lot of customers."
