"Andrew Lutzke took Phenomenal care of me. I had squeaking noise on the back of my car and it ended up being my rear brakes. Which I had a lifetime warranty on and he got me in the very next day and handled my warranty and services. I will definitely return for all my other vehicle repair needs."
"I will never ever take my vehicle to these people again. After I paid out 1123.62 for the parts and labor on my car's front end. I asked them if they had checked my coolant system. They said they had and told me that I would need a new radiator and a new water pump. They said with parts and labor that it would cost approximately 2300.00. I got a second opinion from a mechanic that my family trusts. This mechanic said there was nothing wrong with my radiator or my water pump. He said the problem was a gasket that was located on the inside of my timing chain cover. With parts and labor, ( mostly labor 900.00 ) it cost 1026.76. I didn't use this mechanic in the past because Tires Plus was quicker and more convenient. Needless to say, that was a mistake. I hate writing bad reviews, but this story had to be told. So beware!"
