"I have consistently supported this business for 2 yrs but will not longer it was mostly based off the fact of women empowerment I was happy to see a store open in this mall and especially being a big member of black girls rock inc to only discover that most items are 70% over priced not only that even when the stores merchandise is damaged or flawed the owner is still looking for full price or 10% discount it’s sad! Ladies there are definitely other options value your money and spend where your coins are appreciated this business is not offering professionals in mgt very unprofessional do better."

"Do NOT!!! I hate to do this but my experience here was absolutely horrible and the stor is overpriced!!!! I hurt my back, was incapacitated out of town and my niece purchased me some comfy shoes in size 10 (per sticker) but I was advised it was an 11. They sale shoes and translate European sizes to US sizes incorrectly. The sizes displayed on their stickers are incorrect and not tagged sequentially. If size 8|9 too small let me go up a size to 10/11 ...rude employee ummm ma'am next size is 9/10. Me: umm ok when I get the shoe it's MUCH SMALLER! Some 8s are huge and your toes hang over in others. That same shoe next in the next size up might be larger or smaller. And they don't want to exchange or give store credit. After arguing that there saling shoes incorrectly sized, being advised that they suggest trying on because sizes vary, owner being called and talking loud/condescending which I could hear through the phone...I was finally given store credit."

"Cheap material clothing that rips the first time you put it on & over priced… & the associates have attitudes for no reason."

"Careful about your purchases..if not you will leave paying for more than you got.Use cash only and dare to inform management about employee attitudes and unprofessionalism. Customer service training is very much needed at this store. If I could give -zero Stars I would.My experience with this store went further than what it should have went.Including interference with my personal life,and finances."
