2 Cute

"Over the weekend I worked at one of my job’s other locations at Chicago Ridge mall. 2cute is my favorite place to buy jeans, so I went to their location to check out if they have more options than the one that I’m located by. Bought a pair of jeans & unfortunately they didn’t fit, so I’m like okay…I work right across the hall from a 2cute, I can just exchange them there. Went in there, found the jeans in the size that I needed. Went to the counter to do the exchange. I had the receipt & everything. Once the cashier scanned the receipt I was told that I had to do the exchange at the original store that I purchased them from. Why?!? It’s the exact same pair of jeans, same price, same company & I had the receipt. I’m not fully understanding why I would have to go all the way back to the 2cute in Chicago Ridge when I work ACROSS THE HALL from another one. They need to let customers know these things because now I have a pair of jeans that I can’t even fit & have to find time to drive over 30mins back to Ridge during my busy work week."

"Stopped by here a few days ago while at the mall. While they have a great selection of clothes, shoes, accessories....the customer service is VERY POOR. No one speaks, no one greets you, no one asks if you need any help. I left, and will not be spending my money in a place where everyone who works there seem cold. No thank you!"

"I wish there was a number to call the Corporate office. Management was very rude and extremely unprofessional. My daughter came in and bought the perfect outfit for her birthday, she tried it on at the store and it was perfect, exactly 2 days later on her Birthday when she went to put the outfit on the threading started to unravel at the zipper. She asked me to purchase a sewing kit and I told her no because she just purchased it, they should have no problem allowing you to exchange it, in which we were wrong because they would not accept it, she was told “how do we know that this wasn’t a self made hole”. I said everything in this store is overpriced and we still decided to make a purchase, she hasn’t worn it, the tag was still on the garment and she had her receipt and she said it’s on the receipt that there are no refunds or exchanges on this clothing item. My daughter in turn said mama don’t worry about it, it’s my birthday and I don’t want anything to ruin it but as we left she was extremely upset. The manager went to check every piece of the exact same item just to come back and say none of the other ones had this problem so we can’t help you. She could’ve simply told us when we first came to the register, I apologize but it’s right here on the receipt that we can’t exchange this item no acceptions instead she was rude and had not a care in the world. I will never come back to this establishment and I will not recommend that anyone shops here. I know you have plenty who love it and still will come in but when you know better you do better. Management needs to be trained on how to properly handle situations like this one. It could’ve been a very different outcome if she had approached the situation in a more professional manner instead of trying to impress her fellow coworkers and the other customers in the store with how rude and uncaring she could be. My daughter is a business major and she learned first hand on how not to be. I pray your establishment continues to thrive despite of the poor decisions made to put people in place who don’t appreciate the blessings set before them."
