"The white lady rung me up on Saturday. I purchased the items for a birthday, which was the gift. I took the tags off because it was a gift. My grandson couldn’t wear it, so I took it back on Sunday. She was there and said the policy is the tags has to be on the items and I needed a receipt. Who keeps the tags on a birthday gift. I’ll NEVER and I mean NEVER will shop in there again. I will be calling corporate"

"“KAREN” (old white lady) charged our card for a stroller without telling us prior. The lady attitude was so nasty I wish she was fired on spot. Manager was not much better a dealing with her employee. The coworker even said her attitude is horrible. I wouldn’t be surprised if she was being prejudice towards us. I actually fell in love with everything in the store and all the items they had to offer but I will never give them q penny again after they disrespected my grandmother and me. I should have posted you all online for being so unprofessional. If you shop her make sure you check your receipt because they stealing people money. I would have given 2 stars if the manager handle the situation better instead of protecting her employee after witnessing her attitude."

"Went and I purchased my son a school sweater and 2 days later it unraveled under the arm. So I called the store they advised me to bring the sweater up there so they could look at it. So I took the sweater and the store manager I guess gonna tell me the sweater got snagged on something. I told her that it didn't get snagged. I will not be purchasing from this store again."

"This is a good store if you come later. The store is suppose to open at 10:00 a.m, it is now 10:36 and the store is still not open. No one is still not there. The time is now 10:46, still not open. Well, I wii have to leave and return another day."
