"We are in 2024 I can’t believe this store is not wheelchair accessible, I visited this store and as a wheelchair user had a hard time trying to open the door. Unfortunately non of the employees tried helping me will definitely not be coming back."

"Better off at Ross or FORMAN Mills. Very poor customer service. Security mean mugging you when you walk in. No greeting when you walk in. Nothing but a cold hard stare. Just unfriendly. Check out was worse cashier Tamera literally balls up the clothes and stuffs them in the bag like dirty laundry. I asked can you fold them over not ball them up she said this is how we do it! So now I’m in DDS folding clothes like I work there!!!!. And she stuffs the bag with balled up clothes till it literally almost bust. I am to understand this is a company policy? I will never be back and will encourage others to shop at places that have better service as this place is the worst."

"I am so disgusted on the way I was treated and the river oaks location on 05/05/23 . My 5yr son had to go to the bathroom while shopping. I’ve shopped here all the time and never was there an issue with the bathroom. I asked a female employee if she can open the bathroom door that my little boy had to go . She said no it’s not for public. I told her that’s illegal. He’s been in this bathroom before. Then another employee jumped in and she said oh there’s plumbing issues it’s through the whole strip of the mall..,. I turn back and they were laughing. I asked for her name and they refuse to give me their name. Unfortunately, I will not be shopping there any longer, and DD’s has lost a great customer due to the lack of professionalism that is three employees displayed. The three employees working on May 5, 2023 at 7 PM."
