"I haven't been to JCPenny in years and i had a great experience from staff and the price of the clothes. The clothes had great quality frim what i remember tears ago. I was way happier than going to a Marshall's or another store because you actually find attractive clothes for work. It's not maybe or I hope I find something like other places. It's I found something that I like. Cashiers were very friendly too, and a lady that helped me in the men's section"

"They had what I needed, but this centralized checkout is horrible for me as a disabled person. I got my merchandise at one end of the store and had to walk to the other end to check out. This was so taxing I was unable to finish my errands for the day."

"The cashier was on her cell phone ringing me out , which is so unprofessional and I'm looking at my card and I see a pay in 4 payments on here , and I payed it all at one time up front , I'm thinking she was trying to steal my information, other wise why would you be texting or typing while doing a Transaction, something told me to check my account and I noticed this,, I will be calling the store on the 26th December"

"Young, black female who was all the way on another side, walking opposite of me, decided to target me & run right into me. She said, "Sorry". Again, these people who think they can put their hands on you or do any ignorant thing, then say, sorry, are some really SICK people. I'm thinking one day soon, someone is going to knock their head off for being so rude. I could have moved when I saw her running toward me, but why should I? Little girl, you ate a big time LOSER!"
