"My experience here was not good. The staff has horrible customer service. There were only 2 cashiers, one of which decided to walk away to take a break while there was a long line awaiting. The break consisted of her just going by the door to talk to another employee instead of servicing the line first then taking a break. Once we got to the cashier that checked us out, she was not friendly, rude, and made us get our on receipt. And the sad part was that she was the actual area supervisor. This store is messy, disorganized, and has unprofessional staff."
"They REALLY need to reopen the large fitting room. Two fitting rooms for a whole store is ridiculous. People shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes to try on two pieces. A lot of people put their items back and left. I bet this store will close soon."
"I have to say the worst shopping ever! charge me $20 more for the same item because one didn't have a tag when I explained to them they said then didn't have a tag in the system for it and that's what they had to charge? What use the tag from the same one I just bought they are identical. Instead of taking the time to look it up they just charge you whatever they want! That's just wrong, I'll be contacting the manger or store owners as they need to train there staff way better. It's not right"
