Domino's Pizza 714 North Gilbert Street, Danville, IL 61832

"This location never seizes to mess something up. They marked my order “complete” for 30 minutes on the app without it arriving. With that, I decided to go check in at the store to find out what the deal was. One employee just walked past me like I didn’t exist and so I waited 5 minutes for 2 others to finally peek their heads out. They have no answer for my issue and look dumbfounded as can be. It felt useless to ask any more questions if I wasn’t going to get an answer. I get a call from the delivery driver on the my way back home which is now 50 minutes after my “completed” delivery status. The driver dropped my stuff off and left. And again, they managed to forget parts of my order. Grade A trash"

"Went tonight to get pizza and breadsticks! Waited a long while for my order to even be taken because they were so busy! Phone lines were ringing off the hook and still they kept a positive attitude the whole time! All I want to say is a huge shout out to y’all that worked tonight! Y’all are amazing and keep doing you! The pizza and breadsticks was well worth the wait! Thank you!!!"

"Well , where to start. We ordered 2 pizzas around 7:00. We were told they would be ready in 20 minutes. So when I showed up in 30 minutes we were told they weren't ready yet. Ok. 2 hours later we finally get our pizza. When we kept going to the window we kept getting told go around again and it will be ready. 20 times around and finally. We should've just canceled our order."

"Ordered at 6:07 p.m., it's now 7:00 p.m. and they have 7 employees on a Wednesday night. All I get is that they're short-staffed staffed, and at least it will be fresh. 7 employees and, and the driver just left. 6 employees, and it's Pizza! Pizza, I mean, how hard is it to make two pepperoni pizzas and breadsticks? @Dominos you need better management."

"I have to say I almost called Dominos because it was horrible. I paid for pan pizza this looks nothing of the sort. To top it off we threw away what you see left. The sauce, service inwhich I stood only person in the store mine you for like 15 minutes waiting for the girl to stop making pizzas and go get my order which also was done, cheese, and not getting what i paid for made this one of the worst pizza purchases to date!!!"
