"The wait times in drive thru are horrendous. They have you pull up and wait for 10+ minutes and when you finally get your food, you're missing half of it and it's cold. They keep claiming they've improved, but when you go back to let them know the errors, you don't get a single apology and they're rude as all heck. This place needs shut down."
"The young lady that waited on us was very nice and polite..She needed more one's to be able to give me chance she asked her manager and had to repeat herself multiple times finally I got my chance and overheard the manager say they are out of change only take cards. There were no napkins no containers for catsup or lids for your drink's and most of the drinks were not available. The table's in the dining room were dirty. The food cold. I did see an Employee a young man bring food out to an elderly man and help him get his food ready to eat that was the one high point of our visit. Will never go back"

"The service at this location is terrible. There seems to be no order in the kitchen and staff seems genuinely confused on what they are supposed to do. I ordered ahead online so that I could pick up quick, but 40 minutes of waiting prompted me to go inside. No one knew where my order was. After several minutes of searching the order was found. And of course it was wrong. Made it home and found that the apple slices in my daughters kids meal were moldy and starting to ferment. My family and I will not be going back to this location."
