"Food was amazing!! Haven't been to a steak n shake in years as we don't have one in our hometown. Was not a let down. The burger was so fresh. Prices were great (7.99 for combo for double included drink) and the staff was nicest I have encountered in awhile. Very very clean too! Wish I could give them 6 star."
"Went through drive thru and the lady was clearly and obviously tweaking and out of her mind. We seen other staff present an decided to not drive off in hopes food would be fine. The fries OLD / cold and hamburgers cold. Wasted money and will not return."

"I don't normally stop at chain restaurants while traveling but this is a different circumstance. The crew there is ALWAYS very accommodating, friendly and professional. There were a few times I frustratingly ordered from the wrong location and they have ALWAYS made my life much easier by taking my order there. No fuss, no mas. Most of the Steak 'n Shakes I have dealt with had the mentality, "too bad, so sad, drive to the location you ordered at and pick it up." If I make a mistake on my order, they accommodate me immediately and I pay the difference, I have no problem with that. These people do need to definitely be acknowledged for their hard work. Thanks again!"
"The food was great as always. The waitress did bring our food to us but we had to order through a kiosk which was a pain in the butt. I hadn't been in there since everything changed. It would have been much easier for somebody to take our order. I don't think we would have stopped if I had known that before we did. It wasn't a cheap order although our order was pretty simple so it seemed like they raised the price. I wasn't real crazy about that either. I know inflation has caused everything to go up lately. It's hard to find a good deal. A better deal on the food might bring me back."
