"I was delivered the wrong order. I was delivered an order set to be picked up. I was delivered the order of another reviewer here. Little Ceasers refused to answer the phone to fix my order. I had to call customer help and they did not fix my order only offered to refund it. (They lied, they didn't) Leaving my only option to place and pay for another order online. No way! The Door Dasher who delivered refused to answer texts and repeatedly hung up phone calls. Both companies gave terrible service and I will not be using either again. They deserve no stars."
"I ordered online and paid. I went to get my pizzas by putting in the code at the kiosk. It didn't work. Then I noticed a sign saying the kiosk wasn't working. I waited in line for a cashier. While waiting, I tracked my order in the website. It said they were packaging my order. The cashier gets to me and I give her my name. She says someone already picked up my pizzas. I said that's not possible. I also showed her the tracking info showing not ready yet. She went and got the manager. I showed him. The manager said someone picked up your order, so I can't remake it nor give me my money back. I work in customer service and go above and beyond to help customers. This was so awful. I was in tears when I left. Other customers were even telling the manager the kiosk isn't working. They had been waiting like 20 minutes prior to my arrival. They heard no one with my name pick up. I'm disputing the charge with my bank. I'll get my money back, but I will never visit this Little Caesars again. The manager just refused to accept that they had made a mistake and rectify the situation."
"This is the only Little Caesars, in a fair driving distance from home. It is always warm and taste amazing. Staff is always fast and store is clean."
"I really don't care for the regular pizza but I LOVE the pan pizza and LOVE, LOVE the thin crust. It's so light and flakey! This store was ready for a make over and I'm SO glad they did it. It was MUCH needed! A quick and easy solution to, "what's for dinner?""
