"Came thru the drive thru at 640pm and was told they closed in an hour so I wasn't able to get a 20 piece chicken tender. So had to get 10 and have been waiting for over 25 minutes for the food when they had plenty of time to put 10 more tenders down . I came from out of state on the job and the whole experience has been negative ."
"We came to the drive thru at 9:15 pm, Friday night. The person taking our order said they had no chicken, so be ordered bacon burgers. Guess what? They had no bacon. Guess what? We left and gave Burger King our business, and it was absolutely delicious."
"I went inside to dine just after 5 pm. I ordered 2 Hot Ham and cheese meals and after 20 minutes of waiting I was told they were out of Swiss cheese and they had to make them with regular cheese. The guy doing everything and was in charge told me he just found out they were out and I told him it's the Swiss cheese that makes the sandwich. The sandwich was nasty with regular cheese. The guy doing fryer and grill I guess he didn't know how to do anything else since I just seen him standing in front of fryer a lot and the main guy doing most of the work. My total wait was 25 minutes. This is my first negative experience with this store and I've normally have gotten good food."
"(forgot to post this draft earlier): Usually like Hardee's for their portion sizes, different sandwich choices & when you get a mushroom burger you get more than three mushrooms (Applebee's should learn how from these guys) and their biscuits are better than all fast food joints(to me). Chicken biscuit is an awesome choice when you don't eat pork. But today was a bad experience. Not staffed with experienced workers. New guy had no clue & he let it be known - not good if there wasn't a real rush, only a slight one. I know good help is hard to find, so 2 stars instead of 1, & I'll chock this experience up to lack of experience. I shall return. Update tba....... Update: 1.13.2023 Well, a bit perturbed. Biscuit is a bit hard, chicken overcooked/a bit darker & not as delectable as in the past. Fast service, good hash rounds, sweet tea was sweet but still 2 stars for now...."
