"Ordered a pair of $400 boots on December 3rd (Christmas present), because they did not have them in store. When I received the boots they were literally worn out (used)! I mean the bottom worn down. Called and went through the whole return/exchange process and shipped boots back. They received the used boots a week ago and still haven't shipped a new pair. I have called numerous times to only get girls that are yawning the whole time I'm explaining the problem or just being so rude! I will never shop Cavenders again. Customer service is the worst I've ever experienced!"

"I have never felt more welcome and comfortable in a retail setting! The employees at Cavenders are kind and attentive without hovering or being pushy. I couldn’t find the boot I was looking for and Christopher took the time to help me. When he realized they didn’t carry it in women’s, he showed me the men’s version, which ended up being perfect. He took the time to explain the process of breaking a boot in (this was my first “investment” boot purchase) and answered all of our questions. We will absolutely be shopping here again!"
