"Clothes are a little overpriced, but that’s up to what you’re willing to spend. I was not greeted or checked on, but a white customer was. There were 3 ladies working behind the counter. They were having a very loud conversation that customer’s didn’t need to hear. I could hear it from the childrens area on the other side of the store. I realized when I got home that an item I purchased was not in the bag, so called back to pick it up the next day. The lady working greeted me and was nice, but as I’m walking out she is on the phone (speaker or just loud enough for me to hear). The woman otp, asks something about the item and the lady that just helped me said it was an item she forgot to bag the day before. As I am walking out, I guess the woman otp asked which customer it was, and the employee in the store says, loud enough for me to hear, “black girl”. Has some cute vintage items. Also some cheapies. Very inappropriate conversations and terrible customer service."
"I buy lots of Ralph Lauren & Vineyard Vines for my 2 boys here. Everything is in excellent condition. I love the shoe selection on the women's side too. I recently sold to Then again for the 1st time. It was fast and easy and she pays fair prices, much better than other similar places I've tried. I have another load to take soon and I'm excited to see what's new in the store."
