"They have a 60 day return policy and denied my return after 11 days of having them and only worn them once. I really just wanted a different size. My thing is, how you expect crisp shoes and have a 60 day return policy knowing that shoes will be in like new condition to fair by any customer wanting to do a return or exchange in that window? For the stores to even have the option to deny returns is crazy and poor customer service especially if it's in writing you have 60 days. The policy should be that they would need to be exchanged or sent to a warehouse if worn if the concern is "not being able to resell" the shoes. SMH I'll never get shoes in store again. Learned my lesson"
