"Terrible service.! They do not know how to do their job, today I went to pick up a photographic painting that one day before we requested in the same store and they told us that it would be ready at 10 am the next day, the day we also received an email that was ready to pick it up but when we arrived we delivered the ticket and the boy was not in a position to be working he did not to see it and said that he was not there he did not even know what we talked to him about, so we went to the customer service area and that we went to the photography department and the same, no one could solve anything, hopefully And take into account for better service to your customers."
"They are at it again! Remodeling and I love the way they are displaying their items. It looks like it's gonna be very nice."
"This location has deteriorated in many ways over the last few years. Often, it's difficult to check out in a timely manner. Despite the shift toward self checkout, many of the lanes are often closed. This leads to consistently long lines. With the limited availability of live cashiers, don't count on timely checkout. The "scan and go" app doesn't work properly on my phone. So, that's not an option. It's almost impossible to speak to anyone should I need to call the store, as there seems to be no consistent operator on duty. Overall service needs to improve."
"Ordered 5 lbs. of Russet potatoes to be picked up at the Hoover store. When I unpacked the groceries, I could see through the bag that the potatoes were rotten. One was so bad, it had started foaming thereby contaminating the rest. I had to drive back to the store because no one answered the phone, neither in the delivery area nor the main operator. Could not get a refund in store (needed to call 1-800-walmart for refund). Instead I found a bag of potatoes as replacement. I won't be ordering produce from this location again."
