"Went to the store at around 8:00 to get shoes. The staff was helpful in retrieving things. There was a pretty big selection of things ranging from ties, shoes, blazers, belts, etc. The store was clean and organized! It may be a bit hard to get attention because they look pretty understaffed. There is a bigger location on 280 that is usually busier as well. Good experience!"

"My sister purchased by a $495.00 suit for her nephew who attends HooverHS. The suit was as given to her in a dry cleaning bag. Never was a shown a garment bag or a hanger that fits the suit. He is a large guy and he needs to preserve this suit for other occasions. I will never buy another suit from these people, and it says Ana Becket is the store manager. I talked to the two associates when she walked up she had no idea what we were talking about and again I will never buy another suit from that store."

"This is a sham. You look on the website, looking for suit/tux rental, and the price looks better than all competitors. But then they ask you to make an account, form a group, and hide the price of what you have chosen until you go to the store and get fitted. At this point, you and your wedding party are ambushed with a bill over $150 larger than the price that brought you in. What are you going to do at this point? Switch to a competitor a month or two weeks before your wedding? I am telling every person I hear that is getting married to use Joseph A Banks or a local company for suit/tux rentals. This is the worst con I’ve ever seen. This pace ripped off me and my entire wedding party. They ought to be ashamed.absolutely do not trust any pricing on the website"
