"I went to the Pants Store several weeks ago with my 11 year old granddaughter, who loved a turquoise sweatshirt that was too small. Despite checking inventories in other stores, the very helpful sales lady was not able to locate the size we needed. We were disappointed, but the store service was excellent. (Eventually, we did an online search and located the correct size in a New York City boutique. Ordered, shipped, and being happily worn.)
