Whether you are feeling a hot or cold beverage, there is an option for everyone. I love all of the souvenirs that you can buy and the tea kits. Depending on what tea you like, you can buy some to take home! Love love love!!"

"Everyone here is very nice and I love the environment. They've moved their layout around to make more room for the retail type stuff they sell so there isn't the couch area anymore sadly, but that's alright, it's good to switch it up now and then. The tea is very good and I've never gotten something I didn't like. The staff are always happy to make suggestions if you don't know what you want and are all very nice. They have a punch card system that works at the store and at any pop ups they do so that's awesome! Overall I really like this place and would recommend it to anyone who is a fan of tea or coffee."

"Working on this same plaza, I frequent this Piper and Leaf (at least) once a week. They have got me enjoying boba tea, something I haven't liked that much. While I enjoy the drinks, the people here are amazing. They are so genuine and warm that I feel more like their friend than their customer. That is customer service goals right there. If every establishment was this way, hardly anyone would go out of business. Thank you guys for being so special!! ❤️"

"Absolutely recommend this tea shop! Amazing and very refreshing drinks! Been going for almost two years and never had one drink I didn’t enjoy! My favorite is the chocola tea latte with espresso over ice! Recently also tried a seasonal drink which was one of their lemonades which was SOOO GOOD!! Service is always friendly and they even started remembering me and making my drink before I even came it when they saw me pull up! Absolutely LOVE it there"
