"Was just waiting at the drive through and literally no one else in line and they asked me to wait. Three songs later, I said, you know? Forget it. And as I drove off, they finally decided to talk to me... too late!"

"They forgot about delivering my order. I pulled into the mobile order stalls and entered my number. I received two messages that the order would ne out in 2-5 minutes. After watching cars come and go and realizing that over 20 minutes had passed since the last 2-5 minute message, I had to call them to remind them I was still there. When I called, my order was still sitting in the window. Luckily, the food was still fresh and hot."

"Just took my son to buy a happy meal with a gift card he got for Christmas. This specific location was disgusting. Food all over the floor under the fry machine and burger stand. Food all over the counters as they worked and the whole kitchen looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a week. And it took about 25 minutes for them to make one happy meal when the store was not that busy."

"Honest to God I've tried to give the benefit of the doubt. But 5 times out of the last 8 times I've ordered. I'm either missing stuff I ordered or the order is just wrong. Tonight I ordered a chicken sandwich and bacon, I got a pattie & no bun with bacon, missing the fries & cookies I ordered. Come on guys you have to be able to do better than that. What the heck ? I paid for stuff I didn't even get. I'm calling tom8to complain. They better make it right or I'm going to corperate."

"I been here many times. But this visit was pleasant. The staff was great and when I asked about cleaning the tables they promptly did that with out making be feel guilty for asking. The food was hot and cooked right. And the staff was friendly. Y'all keep up the great work."
