McDonald's 8005 Highway 72 West, Madison, AL 35758

"We had a birthday gathering here recently. I called 10 times in advance various days before but no one ever answered. We showed up and they actually did a great job. Not something you say about McDonald's employees anymore but they even came out to check on everyone. Great time for the kids."

"This place is a daycare at best. If I could give negative stars, I would. We decided to go in the lobby after waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru to order. When we went in, we saw the place a wreck, employees being loud, on their phones, an employee threw a tantrum and stormed off with the manager and another employee following him. After 10 minutes, they all decided to come back to work again. It took 22 minutes to get 2 burgers, 2 fries, and 10 nuggets. The shakes were the only thing that was tasty. The burgers were raw, the buns stale and cold, no sauce on the Big Mac. On top of all of that, an employee kept complaining about having to work and kept calling his manager " bro," even though the manager on duty was a lady....This place is by far the worst McDonald's with the most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. Go to Wendy's, Waffle House, IHOP, the next exit. ..Just don't go to this McDonald's."

"The drive through line moves pretty fast. I would recommend double checking your order before pulling off, ask for napkins because they don’t put them in your bag, and make sure you have enough straws. The people working the drive through have always been very nice and always accommodating to any request. The food is generally fresh as this McDonald’s and doesn’t taste like it’s been sitting around in a warmer."

"Arrived on a Sunday morning around 10:15 am to get breakfast before work. I know they stop serving breakfast at 10:30 so I got there early. Unfortunately it was a long line through the drive thru ,but I work in the service industry and understand being shot staff so it wasn’t a problem waiting. When I finally got to the window it was 10:28 and she said please wait we are severely understaffed today and I said no problem. She comes back at 10:33 and says what can I get you. They had changed over the menu but considering I waited over 10 minutes In line I asked if it was possible to get breakfast still and she said no. I proceeded to state that I waited in line before it got 10:30 and at that roughly 15 minutes so you can’t honor that for me? I watched the menu change over and then WASTED 15 minutes of time and gas. Get better customer service and try to accommodate with customers who would have got breakfast if you hadn’t made me wait at the speaker to order."

"the service truly isn’t the best, i get being in rush cause i would fast food too but they don’t even look over at those who are waiting. they got my order wrong and all i got was 2 baskets of fries and an ice coffee! they left my coffee sitting by the window area for 10 minutes before i finally called someone over and asked if that was mine they said ‘not sure, you can try it and see if not i’ll remake it’ which i thought was disgusting. not to mention now dirty it was in the kitchen. most likely wont go back."
