"Nice coffee/breakfast establishment. Beignets are great! Berry syrups are delicious, but the staff person that was “in training” did not know how to make more! Overall better than GOOD, but not GREAT. Maybe when staff is better prepared, service will be at 5-stars."

"After visiting New Orleans and discovering PJ’s, I’ve been obsessed with their drinks. I was exited when this one opened in Madison. The drinks are good, but not the same as the stores in New Orleans. The service is very inconsistent. Some employees are friendly and helpful, other’s will mess up your order. The environment was ok when it first opened, but now it’s gotten scummy. It looks like nobody has been cleaning it. Overall, I still go to this PJ’s every so often, but I’ve refrained from making larger orders because of the mess ups."

"Vshwa was very rude to one of her employees. She was talking down to this young lady who was trying to help me. This young lady was upset from what I saw. Don’t recommend. Me and my husband never coming up here again. Corporate should definitely be in there. She has an awful vibe and the owners had a nasty attitude towards young women absolutely disgusting, not acceptable. Always fake smiles when she turned towards me to help her customers after she downgraded her employees in front of me. This coffee shop is so trifling. This coffee shop is definitely giving racist. Don’t come here !!!!!!!!"

"Stopped in for the first time, so glad I did. The coffee was perfect, not burned, not too cool, the temperature was perfection! I ordered a Caramel Latte. I tasted the espresso and not just caramel syrup. Also, purchased a drip coffee. It was also excellent. The space is inviting with lots of comfy seating. The coffee board is easy to read and order from. Lots of parking and a drive thru window."
