Starbucks

"Put in a mobile order and once I arrived I waited 40 additional minutes until my coffee was ready. The car line was also wrapped around the building. As I was waiting I saw one barista dancing behind the counter and not trying to help out others. Once I finally got my order, it was missing the vanilla syrup in it. So after waiting that long it still wasn’t right. Won’t be going back here. Dont waste your time either."

"Doesn’t matter how many people you will be waiting in line for a minimum of 15 mins. There are so many workers in there at busy times, yet I placed my mobile order over an hour before I got it because of the drive through line (for reference there were 10 cars in front of me) so yes they were busy, but. I have worked as a barista in a mom and pop shop where we didn’t have upgrades and equipment to move the process along faster and with on avg of 2 employees a shift, we NEVER had people inside or drive through wait more than 20 mins for coffee."

"Kaleb and Lisa are the best baristas I’ve ever had!!! Give them both a raise, they deserve one. I live a mile away from this Starbucks and every time I come Kaleb and Lisa are so nice."

"It’s just as slow as all the other Starbucks in the area. You would think with all the ones opening up the wait time would be reduced but it has had zero effect. Why is this area so inefficient? It’s not like this at other locations outside of Huntsville…"

"There were eight employees in the store. Zero customers. Drive-through line was about five cars. I ordered a plain coffee with half-and-half and sugar. I waited, and I waited and I waited. Of the 8 employees in the store, 3 were working and the rest were leaning or watching the 3 work. 14 minutes later (I know this because I was on a conference call and the timer was going on my phone) someone finally noticed me and asked what I was waiting for. I told her. She quickly got me my drink. I walked back out to my car and took a sip………. Black coffee. No cream. No sugar. That’s what my $4.41 and 14 minutes got me. Isn’t grand opening time supposed to be your best foot forward?"
